Three ways to practice the power of forgiveness

Step 1

Visualize white light:

 Close your eyes & focus on your heart center, whilst imagining a beam of white light emanating towards each person who has caused you pain.

Step 2

Forgive Others:

 Repeat the following statement: “ I forgive you for all the pain that you have caused me, and I set you free.”

Step 3

Forgive Yourself:

 Look at your reflection in the mirror and look straight into your eyes whilst repeating the following: “ I forgive myself for everything. ”
