A good night’s sleep can be more efficient in dealing with stress than any therapy. Our bodies need time to rest and gather energy for the day that follows. Most of us spend many hours a day in front of a screen and the blue light it emits is not so friendly towards our eyes, and can even cause insomnia. That is why we should avoid watching TV and other screens before we go to sleep.


Nobody can deny the importance of healthy nutrition. Unhealthy and fast food makes us feel heavy and energy-deprived while fresh and healthy ingredients provide us with the energy to go on and overcome every obstacle in our way.
