For Gratitude:

There couldn’t be a more positive way of beginning your day like adding spoonful of sweet gratitude along with your coffee. Kick start your train of thought by putting out an intention of ‘Thanks’ into the universe and maintain an attitude of gratitude throughout the day. After all, there’s so much to be thankful for that is as trivial as not running into traffic on your way to work! This practice puts you in direct alignment with the Divine Source, magnifying all the positive aspects. Not only does this cause a constructive shift in your energies, but it also welcomes the monsoon of abundance into your life.

For Positive Thinking:

“We are what our thoughts have made us; so take care about what you think. Words are secondary. Thoughts live; they travel far.” – Swami Vivekananda

As you go on about your day, make sure to keep a close eye on your thoughts. As soon as you find your mind wandering towards something negative, declare a time out and replace it immediately with a positive thought. Remember thoughts feed on the power YOU give them. The direction of thoughts is often at times beyond our control but a good reminder to keep negativity in check is that our thoughts always influence our actions and negative thoughts inadvertently lead to unfavorable behavior whereas positive thoughts always blossom into beautiful outcomes. Remind yourself to slow down, take a deep breath and dedicate at least 10 minutes in a day to an activity you truly enjoy.

For Love:

Time and again life brings us back to our authentic true selves, our spirit, the only  indestructible essence of our being. Once you let go of all the excess emotional, and physical baggage that the society makes you believe, it is then you will realise the beauty of your uniqueness. All you have to do is believe in yourself, as much as you do in what the society commands. Observe and witness the little things that make you happy, and hold on to it. Afterall, it’s the little things that matter and make you YOU. Self-love is a superpower and you must exercise it well, write yourself love notes, and spend time taking care of yourself, it’s only then you can take care of others.

For Anger:

There are many situations or people that you encounter that flip the wrong switch and cause the volcano of anger to erupt. When this happens, take a deep breath and remember that forgiveness is the key to letting go. This opens the door to more awareness and helps attain a better understanding of the situation. Cultivating anger only leads to more self-damage, road blocking the path to peace and serenity.

For Inner Peace:

How often you give it your all to make relationships and career work dispute all odds. What actually needs to change is the environment within us, as most often it’s our deep rooted beliefs, our traumas, our negative mindsets that get projected into our financial struggles, relationship issues, and personal growth. The wise men often say, your inner wellbeing sets the basis for harmony in your outer environment. Isn’t it true? There exists an inner switchboard, a genius inside you which when given the perfect inner environment breeds to it’s true potential. The best way to live your best version is through Meditation. A simple 10-15 minute guided meditations in the day, or sitting in silence and focusing on your breath can often give you a sense of instant relaxation, foster clarity, and positive vibrations to attract the highest good.

Finally Never Forget – whatever transpires today; never let something as transcendental as misery or discontent imbalance your mental and emotional well-being. For every new day is a brand new opportunity and every sunrise, a fresh start! Never lose self-belief. With positive thoughts and affirmations even the most negative situations can be turned around to achieve desirable results!
