About the Meditation:
Gratitude is one of the most powerful and rewarding exercises we can practice. To develop an attitude of gratitude creates contentment, true happiness and bliss.
Very often we are focused on what we don’t have, wanting to be different and hardly appreciate what we do have. We can’t manufacture gratitude. It comes on its own. But we can give it more opportunity to appear in our lives, simply by taking time to focus on what is good in our lives, to ” count our blessings”.
This meditation is simply designed to give you an opportunity to feel gratitude by taking the time to focus on the things in your life you are thankful for. After all the greatest prayer is thankfulness. Appreciation will always lead to duplication!
Sound Healing Facilitator
Maud’s spiritual journey shifted after a sound healing immersion lead by inspiring healers. She deepened her meditation practice after attending a ten-day silent retreat and following the teaching of a Tibetan Sound Master in Nepal. She guides group meditative relaxations and one-on-one intuitive session through sound therapy.
