About the Meditation:

Open the door to mindfulness through a simple guided eating exercise, followed by a conversation on the meaning of coming back to our senses.

 

This series of meditations has been designed to help you develop a set of powerful skills known as mindfulness skills.

 

Mindfulness skills will enable you to effectively handle painful feelings, to let painful or unhelpful thoughts come and go, without getting caught up in them, to be more present and engaged in what you are doing, to reduce your stress levels, and to improve your focus and concentration.

 

Practicing mindfulness meditation is like planting a garden: every time you make time for your practice, you are planting a mindfulness seed. Every time you practice, you are tending to this seed. Your life is your garden.

 

This series of meditations has been thought to give you a different set of skills with every session. Ideally, one would attend all series in order to gain a wider understanding of mindfulness. However, if this is not possible for you, even learning one attitude will equip you with the tools for improving your life.

Silvia Natale

Certified MBSR Practitioner

Silvia Natale is a Mindfulness Teacher and Life Coach. She is passionate about empowering individuals to live a rich, meaningful and fulfilling life!

Holding a Masters in Engineering, a Degree in Education and an accreditation as a Life Coach with Center for Coaching Certification (U.S.), Silvia started her path as a holistic professional wanting to reunite scientific evidence with spiritual perspective. She knew she wanted to share only what truly works and can be developed by anybody willing to commit themselves to the practice.
