Happiness, joy, peace, freedom, hurt, pain, regret are all forms of energy. We call them emotions, in other words energy in motion.

 Money is also an energy and one of the most judged energy. We all like to have it but we judge negatively if we have it too much. Our belief systems are creating our reality by influencing our choices and outlook in life. In order to bring about changes in life we should become aware of belief systems in that area of life where we seek change. But belief systems are formed and operate on the level of subconscious mind therefore a lot many times we are not even aware of why certain things keep happening in our life. For example, every time we earn money it slips off for varied reasons, or every time we try to reach our targeted success some unknown issues come from nowhere.

These are because we have to welcome money’s energy with no judgment. Making it neither good nor bad. Losing the significance we gave to money about lacking it, having it a lot, having a little or attaching self-worth with money will create different sorts of unnecessary issues in areas of money. Practicing neutrality with an attitude to be willing to receive a lot of money helps.

To become aware of underlying belief systems in any area of life certain techniques help. Meditation, hypnotherapy or coaching with a money/ abundance coach. Abundance /money coaches are well equipped with many tools and techniques to identify faulty core belief systems, and what we have inside us that is causing the lack of money in our life. What Your Aura Can Reveal About You!


Psychics are able to see the aura of a person, animals or space with ease. Animals can also see aura naturally, some animals can see stronger than others. With modern day technology we know about aura photography also known as Kirlian photography after its developer Semyon Kirlian, who in 1939 accidentally discovered that if an object on a photographic plate is subjected to a strong electric field, an image is created on the plate.

Tips on Maintaining a Healthy Work-Life Balance

Balance is the key to life. Work is a very important area of life. We invest our creativity, our hard work, our commitment in our careers. We start focusing on our work life at a very young age when in schools we are asked to write about “what would I want to become when I grow up” kind of essays. So at the work front most people seem to take commitment very naturally. But we are not trained to focus on subtle aspects of life. Focusing on that takes a whole deal of awareness, choice, and questions. When we are growing up we cherish our time spent at home as well. As kids, going out with parents for movies, shopping, watching games, all become a part of our cherished memories. At home front every small thing counts, holidays, weddings, festivals, funerals.

When we start our career we are genuinely committed. Then as time passes we seek a romantic partner, we seek kids, a home, a comfortable life. That’s when balance steps in. We are sometimes too focused in one area more than other. Sometimes one area demands a great deal of our attention and other area feels neglected.

For example, if a person is nearing a promotion and has to show a lot of commitment in training for the new added responsibility but at the same time is required to help their kids in study/sports, or required to take care of their parents as well.

Such situations can be challenging and stressful for anyone and requires a balance. We are sometimes giving a lot of us to everyone around us but to ourselves. Sad thing is we are not taught how to handle such situation is schools itself. I personally believe if we are taught a little bit more about the practical and realistic aspects of life in schools it will be easy for us to incorporate it in our mind. Nevertheless I believe balance is an attitude rather than a skill. We can cultivate this attitude within us.

The first step is to learn healthy stress management techniques. As work life balance is disturbed, first thing we experience is stress. If we experience prolong stress it leads to health complications. So the first and foremost skill we all need is healthy stress management skills. Here are a few things to consider in stress management and finding a balance in life:
  • Meditation: Sit down every morning for 30 minutes with an intention that I am allowing a 30 minutes of nothingness to myself. In a goal driven system meditation should at least be goal free. You can put an alarm of 30 minutes while you sit straight cross legged and simply focus on your breath. 30 minutes of nothingness will train your mind to slow down and be less reactive, to watch and maybe not react at all if not required, be proactive instead, and to take a break in essence.

  • Breathing: A friend of mine once went backpacking on his bike for a month solo. He lived in different places in different cities and came back a changed man. One of the things he noticed in this solo journey was that he wasn’t taking a full breath at all, all his life. In that journey he realized his breath was too shallow. We need to take 2 minutes break every 1 hour and close our eyes just to focus on our breath. I promise you it will be amazing.

  • Awareness: We live our life a lot on auto pilot. We have fixed schedules of what we are doing every work day and every day off. It helps when we stop to ask a few questions about our routines. What would I do in this situation if I am truly being me?

  • Being present: We worry about home at work and we stress about work related issues at home. So we are never truly present in the moment thereby getting robbed of some very precious moments of our life. Living in present is probably the most important step in learning the balance of life. Like most things in life, the ability to be in present moment can come with setting an intention, practicing it over and over again and enjoying the feel of it. The whole ‘being in present moment’ thing will be then anchored in your reality.

  • Happiness: Happiness is also an attitude rather than a goal. By choosing to be happy in this moment we can help achieve a balance and feel content. It also helps us to be more motivated in life to do more if we choose to be happy.

How Positivity Can Increase Productivity

We all start off as kids full of energy. We are playful, laughing, giggling bubble of innocent positivity. As we grow up, some of us starts to take on a more serious approach to life. Seeing life as a struggle or heavily competitive, we start to lose a lot of childhood’s innocent positivity and we start to harbor doubts, fears and extreme pressure to succeed as our goals.  It’s as if we are motivated by our scarcity rather than our abundance.

Being positive may mean a lot of things but essentially it means be non-serious while taking the task at hand seriously. Doing things in life out of the joy of doing them rather than doing it only for sake of survival. The journey should be fun as well not just the destination. If we enjoy the process of creating we will enjoy the outcome or goal as well. Otherwise a goal that we achieve will not be able to stimulate happiness within us either. We would be achieving only because we are addicted to achieving but we might not even be half as productive which we can be if we stay positive and enjoy our work.

Staying productive is more of an attitude rather than destination. We think if I pass this test, this promotion etc. then I will feel more positive. But that is our self-worth extended to object outside us? Why do we need proofs to know our value?

Positivity will keep us in a good state of balance where we will be sincere at what we do but at the same time we will not make our goals an object of our self-approval, thereby reducing stress and creating joy in the task at hand. We would be doing things because we love doing it, because we know we can add value to the work we do.

So let’s pledge to be positive in life and let the magic of abundance unfold!

Crystals were popular for their healing powers in ancient Egyptian cultures and ancient Greece. Raise the Bar in Your Relationships Through Access Bars!

Relationship is defined as the distance between two objects. So we define our relationships by how close or far we are from each other. As we all know by now that our beliefs, thoughts and point of views in life shapes our reality. So going by the same law, our point of views about relationships is shaping our reality in that area.

If I believe that marriage or a serious romantic relationship demands many compromises than that is what I will create. If I believe that a relationship makes me vulnerable and I lose control than I will create that. If I believe that no person can live with me because I am extremely set in my way of life and there’s no room for another to make space than that is what I will create.

These points of views develop early in life as we witness relationship from;
  • Parents
  • Relatives
  • Neighbours
  • Friends
  • Education
  • Different segments of society
  • Early experiences in romantic relationships; which play a role in shaping our belief systems
If we consciously try to become aware of our belief systems we might be able to access only 5 % of them. We have belief systems stored in conscious mind, subconscious mind, cellular memories and DNA of our body. So in a traditional talking therapy session you might get aware of 3 to 5 belief systems and you will debate which ones to keep which ones to release and that too with pain and effort.

In an energy healing system, the energy will penetrate in your body and like an anti-virus will detect anything that doesn’t work for you and delete it. One such example of energy healing is Access Bars. Access bars releases the electrical charge of unhealthy negative belief systems from our body. Energy healing is any method where high vibrational frequencies are passed on to a person either as a hands on approach, through crystals or through a distance. A person who is a channel to such energies can pass these frequencies to self or others.

In the field of energy medicine, it’s believed that a ‘dis-ease’ is a result of ‘dis-balance’ in energy flow in our body. Carrying thoughts, beliefs, point of views that are toxic, of lower frequencies for eg.  thoughts around helplessness, guilt, hate, anger etc. are the reasons for the disturbance in our energy field.
 
All these low frequency thoughts, beliefs and point of views are very much stored in our body.

Therefore wherever we go we carry more or less same state of mind with us. For eg. If a person is suffering from depression no matter where they are- at home, out in a mall or movie theatre, they would still carry depressed thoughts around them. It’s because we carry these frequencies in our body. So our body becomes the key to help us release these toxic energies.

Reiki if translated in English would mean life force. Its Prana in Hindi, Qi or Chi in Chinese. The energy feels gentle and nurturing. It works on removing emotional, spiritual blocks and cleansing and energising a persons energy field. How Are Yoga and Meditation Related?

Yoga is defined as the union of the mind, body and spirit, and hence the practice of yoga is a spiritual, mental and physical discipline. Many people associate Yoga as an exercise, however it is much more than that. Yoga is a way of life involving body postures, controlled styles of breathing and stillness of mind, in order to achieve a relaxed body, calm mind, along with several other scientifically proven health benefits.

Meditation is part of the mental yoga practice and one key element of Yoga, in order to achieve higher states of mental awareness and relaxation. A Yoga practice is rarely complete without the practice of meditation.

While our energies are focussed to do asanas (poses) in specific way, in that moment nothing goes in our mind- we are focussed and engaged. That’s what we also do in meditation. We focus our mind on our breath. The idea is to bring our mind to one state that is focussed. When all other thoughts stop and we experience a unity of mind, body and spirit.

In that way yoga and meditation are bringing us closer to the same state- that is oneness.
Yoga consists of eight fold path. To achieve nirvana – ultimate freedom, a yogi walks on this path.
1. Yamas (Don’ts or Restraints)
2. Niyamas (Do’s or Observances)
3. Asanas (Exercises and poses)
4. Pranayamas (Breathing exercises and techniques)
5. Pratyahara (Control of the senses)
6. Dharana (Concentration)
7. Dhyana (Meditation) and
8. Samadhi (A super-conscious state)

Meditation is an important state to achieveSamadhi- or union with divine. Buddha achieved Samadhi while he was sitting in lotus pose or padmasan and meditating.

How Meditation Impacts Brain?

Millions of people practice meditation. The techniques of meditating may vary but the purpose remains same- peace, love, joy, healing, tranquillity, spiritual growth. Because of its popularity a lot of research is being conducted to study the impact of meditation on our bodies, specifically our brain. Sara Lazar is a neuroscientist at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. She researched how meditation impacts our brain. The results of her study surprised her along with other researchers.


They did a comparative study on long term meditators and people who don’t meditate and compared their brains scans.

First thing noticeable was that the grey matter in the insula, sensory regions and frontal cortex was higher in meditators which means their senses were very sharp, memory and decision making skills better compared to non-meditators.in fact the size of cortex and its grey matter in 50 year old meditators was equivalent to as much as a 25 year old would have whereas we all know that our cortex shrinks and grey matter reduces with age as well. Overall the research identified significant brain regions to be more active, less stressed, calm, better memory and executive functions and aging to be slower. It also showed dense grey matter in regions of hippocampus, an area of brain associated with learning and memory, as well as in other areas associated with self-awareness, compassion, and reflection.


There are many other researches being conducted on the impact of
meditation on physical body.

We can safely say that meditation helps in reduced stress levels, better work- life balance, improved emotions, and better quality of life. Improved connection with self and others, deeper understanding of life. Meditation is a safe remedy for stressed based issues according tocardiologist Herbert Benson, MD, founder of the Mind/Body Institute at Harvard Medical School's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Meditation brings about a state of relaxation which in turn helps decrease metabolism, lowers blood pressure, and improves heart rate, breathing, and brain waves. Other researches shows that meditation produces long-lasting changes in the brain activity in areas involved in attention, working memory, learning, and conscious perception. There are many types of meditation practices available but the foundation of each one stays the same- focussing on breath, calming the mind and body and going into a deep sense of relaxation. Through entering this state of relaxation we can achieve many beautiful things inside and outside us.
