I will share with you 3 simple tools that can help you raise your energy and feel more alive every single day!
Studies show that practicing gratitude can raise your energy and happiness levels. You can start writing a Gratitude Journal and every single day list down 5 new things that you are grateful for- example “I am grateful for my job, my children, my body… ” Keep the list going and allow your senses to feel grateful for every moment!
2. Mindful Breathing Break
- A great exercise to STOP and take a break, irrespective of what you are doing. Setup 3 alarms across the day for the next 21 days. Every time it rings- take a 2 minute break to do a few rounds of deep breathing
to center and recharge yourself; you will notice that your enthusiasm and performance will enhance!
